"In just three sessions, Rod has inspired me to step into my potential as a writer. His critiques have both changed the way I think about writing and given me a clear path to becoming a better writer. He's offered subtle suggestions that have, and will continue to, dramatically impact my writing." —Breon M., Cave Creek, AZ My Short, Short Story: As a kid, I loved stories. All kinds of stories. But I was partial to true stories. Like the "I Survived a Bear Attack" kind in Outdoor Life. So, I decided I wanted to tell stories for a living. I became a journalist to find and write good stories. I preferred writing magazine stories over newspapers because I liked having more time (and space) to tell stories. I found out that I like stories about people who create things: businesses, brands, art. I've been telling stories for almost 20 years. And now I teach other people how to tell stories as a Writing Coach. And as a Ghostwriter, I write stories for people who just don't have the time or know-how to tell their own story. Because I'm a storyteller. People say I'm pretty good at it.My Books & Shorts

Before he left office, Pres. George Bush came to her Bun Company to tout small business's effect on the economic recovery. Not bad for a bun lady.

Design Secrets: Layout (2004)
Author Rodney J. Moore focuses on the layout process for a wide variety of real-life graphic design projects, exploring the hows and whys of the layout's final look. He answers questions such as: Where did the idea come from? Why did the designer approach the problem this way? What failures did the designer encounter along the way? How did the designer achieve the end result? This book provides an over-the-shoulder perspective on the design process for 50 hardworking layouts. |
